Anytime Trivia - Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for the Anytime Trivia service.


Setup Fee & Hardware Returns

Anytime Trivia includes a physical device provided as part of the one-time setup fee.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund of the setup fee only if the device is returned to us in good working condition.

To qualify for a setup fee refund:

  • The device must be returned within 30 days of cancellation

  • The device must be in working condition, with no significant damage

  • The device must be returned following the instructions provided by our team

Once the device is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Partial months

  • Unused time after cancellation

  • Promotional or discounted subscription periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will continue through the end of the current billing period.


Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for devices lost in transit.


No Device Return = No Setup Fee Refund

If the device is not returned, the setup fee is not refundable, even if the subscription is canceled.
